Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada only.
Cost
- Orders under $89.00: $9.99 flat rate.
- Orders of $89.00 or more: free.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 4–12 business days after we confirm them. Our range ships from within Canada, straight from our supplier to you. Each product page shows where the item ships from and how long it takes. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Import taxes and duty
Items that ship from within Canada never have import charges or duty. If an item ever ships from outside Canada, its product page will say so before you buy, and the carrier may collect GST/HST or duty on delivery. Those charges go to the Government of Canada, not to us.
When you're charged
At checkout your card is authorized, not charged. We charge it once our supplier confirms your order, usually within one business day. If an item is out of stock, we cancel the authorization and email you. You aren't charged for it.
Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within [30] days of delivery. Email[email protected] with your order email and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send return instructions. [Who pays return shipping, and the return address, follow the supplier's policy.]Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. For hygiene reasons, litter boxes and other litter products can't be returned once they've been used.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email us within [14] days of delivery, with a photo if the item arrived damaged. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send a damaged item back.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
