These terms apply to purchases from Wagcollar, run by [owner's legal name] in [province], Canada. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can order
We sell to customers with a shipping address in Canada.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay. We're a small supplier under Canada's GST/HST rules, so no sales tax is added at checkout. Items that ship from within Canada have no import charges; if an item ever ships from outside Canada, its product page says so, and the carrier may collect GST/HST or duty on delivery (see Shipping and returns). If a price on the site is wrong because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before charging and you can cancel.
How payment works
When you place an order, your card is authorized for the total. We charge it once we confirm your order with our fulfilment partner, usually within one business day. If we can't fill your order, we cancel the authorization and email you. The hold drops off your card without a charge. Uncharged authorizations expire automatically after 7 days.
Cancelling an order
Email [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been placed with our supplier yet, we cancel it and you pay nothing. After that, use our returns process.

Product use
Supervise your pet with any new toy or accessory, check it regularly for wear, and stop using it if it's damaged. Product photos are examples; colours can vary slightly.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your province. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [province] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
