Wagcollar is run by [owner's legal name], a sole proprietor in[province], Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (the carrier needs it for cross-border delivery). You enter these on Stripe's secure checkout page.
• Payment: Stripe processes your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• On this site: your cart and the link you arrived from (for example, a TikTok or Instagram post) are saved in your own browser's storage. They are sent to us only when you check out, so we know which channel led to the order.
• Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we collect it

Only to process and deliver your order, send you receipts and tracking, handle returns and questions, and understand which channels bring visitors. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment and send your receipt.
• Our fulfilment partners, who receive your name, shipping address, phone number and order so they can ship it to you. Some may be based outside Canada and store or process it there.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

Some of these companies store information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require (generally six years), then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for anything not needed to complete an order. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada atpriv.gc.ca.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
